KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Generate new business while providing best-in-class service to current clients
• Qualify and show prospective spaces
• Research sites and conduct client market tours
• Prepare thorough site selection packages for client tours
• Negotiate LOI’s, new leases/lease renewals
• Manage transactions to save clients time, money, and provide a complete real estate solution

REQUIREMENTS:

• Real Estate license is required
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate industry
• College degree preferred (not required)
